Regional Aftersales Manager - Farm Machinery Manufacturer
Location of the Job: Home-based covering Midlands and Northern England as a territory.
Salary and Benefits Package:
- Paying £44,000 - £47,000 basic salary depending upon experience.

Additional Information:
- This is a permanent full-time position.
- Working hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday.

The Job Role Details:
Based from home or the company Head Office in the Midlands, you will be responsible for management of the dealer network for all aspects of parts and service to achieve a high level of after sales support in order to help achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
Parts:
- Manage, develop, and promote the parts sales product portfolio to the dealer network.
- Manage the area parts sales, by implementing the dealer parts sales targets, promotions, and marketing actions to achieve the parts sales budget.
- Manage and encourage the dealer to achieve their dealer parts target and subsequent bonus scheme.
- Provide support for the dealers in relation to all parts business and enquiries.
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss and plan the development and growth of the dealer parts counter and workshops sales maintaining profitability and good workshop management.
- Manage and engage with the dealers to promote company Services (extended warranty, fleet management and licences).
Service:
- Manage and develop the technical support process for all products in the product portfolio.
- Oversee and ensure the customer satisfaction process in support of the dealer network.
- Be responsible for the management and control of base warranty expenditure including supervision of the dealer warranty claim process, routine audits and claim approval.
- Implement the dealer service standards program to the dealer network, maintaining a level of competence, image and grading expected of the dealer.
- Document routine visits and upload them to company system as required.
- Manage, create, and collate reports from the dealer network required to report product concerns back to the relevant reporting department.
Other:
- Continually seek new opportunities in open and existing dealer territories.
- Support and conduct basic dealer parts and service training for the Training Academy as required.
- Attend national and local shows representing aftersales when required in support of the network.
- Manage and ensure the dealer maintains a competence level in line with company expectations through regular attendance to dealer parts & service training programs.
- Distribute KPI data.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
- Agricultural machinery service, engineering, or technical background - wanting to progress to management level.
- Commercial acumen and want to manage the dealer network, promoting and selling after sales parts as an add on.
- This role is not calling upon new customers - you will be supporting the dealers with aftersales support.
- Great team player.
- Based in Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Shropshire, Manchester, or surrounding areas.
- Happy to travel in a regional role.
