Regional Account Manager

NEONATAL Respiratory consumables, Critical Care / High Dependency products

Established for nearly 50 years, this opportunity to join a dynamic UK-based manufacturer of high-quality medical devices offers fantastic career advancement scope and the chance to join a respected market leader in the medical market. Working specially within the respiratory business, the company is also a major player in the ostomy, wound management, and single-use surgical spaces. Exporting to 60+ countries with direct market access in Japan, Netherlands, and France, the company boasts many international awards and accolades.

Location: North of England

Compensation: VERY strong base with bonus and car allowance.

Role:

The Medical Sales Professional will sell a range of respiratory consumable products used in the Neonatal ITU space. Sales are made to Neonatal departments and specialist Neonatal clinical professionals. Excellent product training and a full company induction are offered with the role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Clinical and commercial sales into the Neonate hospital space.
  2. Key contacts will include Neonate Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), Neonate Respiratory / Critical Care Nurses, Business Managers, Procurement Managers, and Supply Chain.
  3. Expand market share, maintain existing business, drive revenue growth, and protect margins.
  4. Maintain strong, meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.

Applicant Requirements:

  1. Candidates will have worked within the Neonatal clinical environment or sold specifically into the Neonatal sector.
  2. If candidates are from a clinical background, they will be looking to move into a sales position and have drive and determination to sell products and achieve targets.
  3. Candidates with previous sales experience will be able to demonstrate a strong track record against targets and have existing contacts in situ.
