Refrigeration & Fluid Chiller Engineer

Are you ready to play a vital role in maintaining top-quality temperature control solutions? At Dawsongroup TCS, we're looking for a Refrigeration and Fluid Chiller Engineer to test, repair, and install a wide range of innovative refrigeration equipment. Your skills will directly contribute to supporting industries like Food & Drink, Pharmaceuticals, and Logistics.

• Prepare and test equipment before and after customer use, ensuring optimal performance.
• Repair and replace parts, including recording F-Gas and calibration results.
• Work across a variety of refrigeration and fluid chiller systems, monitoring quality and reliability.
• Assist with the development of apprentices and junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering growth.
• Suggest improvements to equipment for better customer satisfaction and performance.

About You
You’re a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, who enjoys working hands-on with equipment. You’re ready to share your expertise and work collaboratively to achieve great results.

• F-Gas qualification is essential.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the refrigeration or HVAC industry.
• A proactive team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Strong organisational skills to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• A commitment to upholding health and safety standards.
