Refrigeration Engineer
Company based in Tunbridge Wells
£43k-£45k plus package

Job Overview:
My client are currently seeking a skilled Refrigeration Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems in various settings.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial environments
2. Conduct routine inspections of refrigeration systems to identify and resolve issues
3. Perform emergency repairs when necessary to prevent system downtime
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
5. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work carried out

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer or in a similar role
2. Relevant qualifications in refrigeration engineering or a related field
3. Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and components
4. Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
7. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

NVQ Level 2 refrigeration & air conditioning - desirable: 2 years (required)

Working on Refrigeration or air conditioning Equipment: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

FGAS (required)
