Are you a skilled and experienced Refrigeration Engineer seeking your next career opportunity? My client is a leading provider of innovative engineering solutions, specializing in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical services. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a dedicated Refrigeration Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Location: Northampton

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Benefits: Company van, door-to-door pay, overtime opportunities, private healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration systems as a Refrigeration Engineer, ensuring optimal performance and maximum efficiency.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, executing repairs and replacements to minimize downtime.
Perform routine servicing and inspections as a Refrigeration Engineer, ensuring compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations.
Collaborate with clients and team members to provide technical support, valuable recommendations, and exceptional customer service.
Ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations and adhere to environmental and safety guidelines.

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven expertise in refrigeration systems, fault diagnosis, and repair as a Refrigeration Engineer.
Ability to rapidly identify issues and implement practical solutions.
Strong attention to detail in installations, maintenance, and safety compliance.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Independent, proactive, and able to manage workloads effectively, including responding to call-outs as required.
