Job description

We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established team, providing high-quality maintenance and repair services across the Midlands.
As a Refrigeration Engineer, this role involves ensuring compliance with F-Gas regulations, conducting maintenance, and delivering exceptional service to a range of key retail clients.

Essential Requirements as Refrigeration Engineer:

1. Proven experience in refrigeration maintenance, repair, and servicing
2. Strong understanding of chiller and central pack systems
3. F-Gas qualification
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude
5. Ability to work remotely and independently
6. Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK

Desirable (Not Essential):

1. Experience working with CO2 refrigeration
2. 5+ years of industry experience as a Refrigeration Engineer

Salary:

Competitive salary (£40k-£50k base)
