An established industry player is seeking a Reference & Instruction Librarian to enhance library services for students and faculty. This full-time role involves providing reference services, designing information literacy programs, and collaborating with a diverse team across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Library Science and significant experience in library operations, with a strong focus on communication and technology use. The Reference & Instruction Librarian, New Bedford provides professional library services to Bristol Community College students, faculty, and staff and coordinates library operations for the New Bedford Campus Library Learning Commons. Other essential duties include the provision of reference services, the design and delivery of information literacy instruction, and assisting researchers in the use of print/electronic resources. The position works in collaboration with a geographically distributed team located at four locations throughout Bristol's service area, providing research, tutoring, and writing support to foster student success while supporting Bristol's mission and goals.

Starting salary commensurate with qualifications and experience in accordance with MCCC/MTA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
