Join Ten10 as a Test Analyst - Cloud

Rate: £325pd (Inside IR35)

Duration: 6 months initially

Location: London / Milton Keynes (Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite)

Are you a detail-oriented Test Analyst with a knack for tackling complex interfaces? At Ten10, we’re leading the way in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, RPA, and DevOps across the UK. We’re looking for a skilled Test Analyst to join us on an interim basis and make an immediate impact on an exciting project.

About the Role:

As a Test Analyst, you’ll bring your proven experience to deliver high-quality testing across the entire system development lifecycle. This role involves manual and automation testing in a Waterfall environment, with a strong focus on test planning, system integration testing, data migration validation, and test case design within Azure DevOps.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct both manual and automation testing to ensure end-to-end quality across systems and data flows.
• Working in a cloud environement including validation of cloud-based services, deployments, and integrations.
• Design, write, and execute comprehensive test cases aligned with business requirements and technical specifications.
• Perform detailed system integration testing (SIT) across multiple platforms and interfaces.
• Validate data migration processes, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Leverage Azure DevOps for test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and ensure testing coverage for Windows applications built with VB, C#, Access, and SQL Server.
• Provide clear and concise documentation and feedback on test progress, risks, and results.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Manual and Automation Testing: 5-10 years of proven experience in both approaches.
• Cloud Testing Experience: Hands-on experience testing in cloud environments, ideally within Microsoft Azure, including validation of cloud-based services, deployments, and integrations.
• Azure DevOps: Experience in using Azure DevOps for test case management and execution.
• Test Planning & Design: Skilled in creating structured test plans and detailed test cases.
• System Integration Testing: Demonstrated ability to test integrated systems and complex workflows.
• Data Migration Testing: Experience validating large-scale data migration activities.
• Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like QA Run or Winrunner.
• Technical Testing Skills: Knowledge of VB, C#, Access, and SQL Server for Windows applications.
• Waterfall Projects: Recent experience in Waterfall environments (more relevant than Agile for this role).

Bonus Points for:

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in a logistics / supply chain business.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
