The successful candidate will have the following experience:

Good communication skills, basic problem-solving mentality, and basic computing skills to allow data inputting are essential. Full training is provided, but experience in the operation of a baler machine would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

1. Operation of the baler machine, Crosswrap, and strapping machinery.
2. Cleaning and general maintenance of machines and associated work areas.
3. Housekeeping of operating areas.
4. Liaising with external technicians.
5. Enforcing PPE requirements with all delivery and collection drivers, maintenance technicians, and employees.
6. Carrying out safety checks and reporting/recording defects.
7. Regulating product quality and maintaining stock levels/machine consumables.
