Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. This remote position is exclusively open to candidates based in the Philippines. As a key player in our recruitment process, you will be instrumental in sourcing and attracting top talent, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various strategies to identify and engage potential candidates, including databases, online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
2. Screening and Shortlisting: Assess candidates' resumes and profiles to align with open positions. Conduct initial screening calls to gauge suitability, interest, salary expectations, and availability.
3. Interview Coordination: Manage interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling and providing detailed interview information.
4. Candidate Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with candidates, provide timely feedback, address queries, and guarantee a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
5. Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date and accurate recruitment database, tracking all candidate interactions and statuses.
6. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and job market conditions to understand candidate needs and offer appropriate advice.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with fellow recruiters, hiring managers, and HR professionals to comprehend job requirements and enhance recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: PHP 38,000 - PHP 40,000 monthly
