About The Role

At Salutem, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a healthy, active, and fulfilling life, regardless of their background or disability. The aim of our services is to provide a safe and stimulating environment for adults and young people.

Job Scope:
You will manage the recruitment process up to the point of offer acceptance for roles across all divisions, posting vacancies to the ATS (Eploy) ensuring managers are using the system to track and progress candidates, arranging interviews, sourcing CVs for all hard-to-fill vacancies through job board searches, dealing with offers with candidates and any offer negotiations, and then passing all accepted offers across to the onboarding team.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide recruitment support to the business throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
  2. Administer the ATS (Harbour) to ensure the system is being used correctly.
  3. Using Harbour, process candidates from application through to employment offer, at this point handing the candidate to the onboarding team.
  4. Post vacancies using the vacancy poster and Harbour sites to all relevant job boards.
  5. Arrange interviews with candidates after liaising with manager availability.
  6. Use job boards to do Boolean searches to source passive candidates that have not applied for our roles.
  7. Build great relationships with managers to ensure they feel supported through the recruitment process.
  8. Have a full understanding of the different processes across each division to ensure safer recruitment is adhered to.
  9. Assist in motivating and leading by example to the recruitment support coordinator.
