We are looking for a part-time Recruitment Resourcer / Recruitment Researcher. We are an ambitious and international-focused recruitment consultancy.

As a Resourcer / Researcher, you will source and provide qualified candidates and support the entire recruitment process.

Recent examples of placed roles and the types of positions you will be supporting:

• Managing Director – Mexico
• Chief Technical Officer – North Africa
• Finance Manager – Sierra Leone
• Logistics Manager – Guinea-Conakry
• Chief Accountant - Ukraine
• Head of Sales – Asia Pacific

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing suitable candidates through database searching, targeted headhunting and network referrals
• Taking references for successful candidates
• Promoting and advertising vacancies
• Answering enquiries and advert responses through the phone and email
• Updating and preparing CVs
• Arranging interviews, debriefing candidates and supporting them throughout the process
• Managing client relationships
• Maintaining and updating the internal database system, ensuring all documentation and notes are current and relevant

Requirements:

• Experience working in recruitment (recruitment consultancy / executive search firm)
• Experience in sourcing passive and active candidates
• Understanding and knowledge of Boolean searching
• Experience using LinkedIn to source candidates
• Experience in interviewing and qualifying candidates
