NRL have a fantastic opportunity for a Resourcer to join our Sunderland branch. Previous recruitment experience is not necessarily required, as full training will be given to support you in this role.

Our North East recruitment team have over 30 years’ experience in the Engineering, Construction and Manufacturing industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic Resourcer to integrate into our busy, fast-paced environment - who has a desire to develop a career in the recruitment industry.

1. Account Management
2. Recruitment and selection of candidates
3. Conducting telephone and face to face interviews
4. Creating and monitoring applications via the website and other job boards, screening candidates for suitability
5. Planning and organising recruitment activities with candidates.
6. Updating and maintaining database
7. Resourcing for numerous vacancies across our well-established client base
8. Utilising social media platforms such as LinkedIn to attract talent
9. Attend careers fairs and networking events to build candidate base
