What You'll Be Doing:

1. Understanding job roles and client requirements
2. Creating tailored search criteria for job boards, social media, and our candidate database
3. Reaching out to candidates via phone, email, and text
4. Screening candidates to ensure the perfect fit for our clients
5. Formatting CVs and managing candidate records throughout the process

What We're Looking For:

1. Confident phone manner and great communication skills
2. Strong Microsoft Office & Word proficiency
3. Organised and proactive with a curious mind
4. Team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture
5. Must be able to drive due to our location
