Recruitment Resourcer

CareerMakers are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our fast-growing Construction team (Temp Division).

Location: Manchester
Salary: £25,000 + Commission & Career Progression
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are expanding our Construction Division and need a Recruitment Resourcer to help us source top-quality temporary workers for a range of construction projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Sourcing and screening candidates for temporary construction roles
2. Building strong relationships with workers and clients
3. Writing and posting job adverts to attract top talent
4. Managing compliance, right-to-work checks, and onboarding processes
5. Maintaining an active database of available workers
6. Supporting consultants with placements and job fulfilment

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a similar fast-paced role (preferred but not essential)
2. Knowledge of the construction industry or an interest in learning
3. A confident communicator with great people skills
4. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure
6. A proactive and driven attitude to succeed
