Recruitment Resourcer

Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a Recruitment Resourcer to join our construction division in our head office in Quedgeley, Gloucester.

The company:

Ivy is an established construction recruitment agency with years of experience in supplying temporary, contract and permanent staff to the construction industry. We work with some of the biggest names in the industry, including many blue chip companies and well established SMEs.

The role entails:

• Identifying candidates using job boards
• Calling and answering the phone to candidates to assess suitability for job roles
• Checking references and registering new candidates
• Compliance
• Dealing with general queries relating to contracts & pay
• Advertising job roles on our various job boards.

Essential requirements:

• Driving licence and own transport.

What are we looking for?

• The ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Organised
• You must be confident and have a polite telephone manner
• Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively
• Reliable and punctual

Salary:

£26,000 - £28,000 per annum
