• Source and engage with candidates through various platforms
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews - think of it as matchmaking, but for jobs!
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
• Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and market insights - Google is your friend!

What We're Looking For:

• A passion for recruitment and a desire to learn - bonus points if you can make us laugh!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
