Location: Bournemouth Airport | Full-time/ Hybrid | Competitive salary + bonus

Our focus is on building strong relationships and delivering real value to both our hiring managers and candidates. We’re now looking for a Recruitment Researcher to join our team and support us in finding the right people for the right roles.

The Role
As a Recruitment Researcher, you'll play a key part in the early stages of the recruitment process. You'll be responsible for identifying talent, mapping the market, and helping build solid candidate pipelines for a range of technical roles. This is a great role for someone who enjoys research, understands (or wants to understand) the engineering space, and is looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Researching and identifying potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other tools
2. Building target lists and market maps for niche roles
3. Engaging with candidates to assess their suitability and interest
4. Supporting recruiters with shortlisting and outreach, booking screening calls
5. Keeping track of industry trends, company movements, and candidate availability
6. Keeping our CRM/ATS system clean and up to date

What We're Looking For

1. Some experience in admin-heavy research work or recruitment / resourcing
2. An interest in engineering or technical industries
3. ‘Can do’ attitude
4. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
5. Comfortable using LinkedIn and online search tools
6. Good written and verbal communication
7. Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word/ Excel/ Outlook/ Teams)
8. A proactive, self-motivated attitude—someone who likes solving problems and working as part of a team
9. Understanding of AI and how to write prompts (desirable)
