Recruitment Officer

Job Type: Part-time/ Full time (Flexible Hours). Expected hours: Part-time/ Full time. Pay: £12.21 Per Hour. Additional pay: Commission per enrolled student and bonus on reaching target.

We welcome applicants with no prior experience. However, we will prioritize applications from Ukrainian, Romanian, Italian, and East European nationals. Previous recruitment experience is a plus.

Job Overview:

We are seeking talented officers to join our marketing team in London, Manchester, Leicester, Birmingham, Bradford, and other cities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for student recruitment, posting adverts on social media platforms, marketing, and sales.

Remote work: Birmingham, Manchester, Leicester, and Bradford.

Duties:

1. Recruit students for our partnered institutions through online and offline marketing.
2. Understand our product and service and consult with students.
3. Support our students and admin team.
4. Create advertisements and post on social media.
5. Reach your target.

Skills Required:

• Strong/moderate communication skills to engage with candidates effectively.
• Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes and lead generation.
