About the Role:
As the Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to support the continued growth and success of our client’s business. You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, develop strategies to enhance employer branding, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full recruitment life-cycle, from job briefings to onboarding.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to business needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide expert advice on market trends.
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract the best talent in the industry.
Utilise data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and report on KPIs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and internal policies.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining attention to detail.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
