Recruitment Executive Job Description:

Recruitment is a fast-paced industry where you can build a rewarding career to be proud of through your own hard work and determination. Dealing with people is at the heart of our business, and you will need great relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a sales-driven environment.

Day-to-day of the role for the Recruitment Executive:

1. Maintain and develop business with existing clients and engage with new ones.
2. Perform phone-based sales calls to grow your desk through active business development.
3. Attend client meetings to convert non-users into active clients.
4. Interview and expand your pool of candidates to meet client needs.
5. Meet fair and pre-established daily work volumes / KPI targets.
6. Search and headhunt for candidates using online tools.

Recruitment Executive Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Experience in recruitment or a sales-based environment.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Excellent attention to detail and time management.
4. Proactive and driven, with a commitment to achieving targets.
5. An ethical approach to recruitment with a focus on quality and compliance.
6. Solid IT skills.
