Overview

As a member of our concierge team, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound contacts via calls, webchat, and email.
  2. Registering client details and forwarding them to relevant in-branch teams to arrange viewings.
  3. Booking property valuations.
  4. Completing various administrative tasks for our network of branches, such as creating brochures, floor plans, window cards, editing photos, and data input.
  5. Collaborating with your team to achieve success and maintain consistently high service standards.
