SALARY UP TO 30K PRO-RATA DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Our client is a leading supplier of rail infrastructure and they are now looking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team.

The coordinator will deliver a high quality, customer-focused recruitment service whilst supporting the Resourcing Manager to deliver against objectives. The role is based in their Manchester office and can offer flexible hours. This is a 4-month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of turning into a permanent role after December.

What is the role?

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with the Recruitment Manager. You will coordinate all recruitment administration from advert through to interview and offer stage, ensuring the process is efficient and consistent with service standards. You will manage your own portfolio of vacancies and develop an understanding of the business areas you're supporting. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers and wider members of the team and assist with the management of relationships with 3rd party suppliers. You will also update applicant tracking systems and other systems as required. You will be responsible for booking training courses for contractors, booking accommodation and working alongside Health and Safety to make sure all operators have the correct tickets to work on-site.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer-focused service, good admin/coordination skills within a multi-disciplined environment. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively. You will be used to working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key alongside strong organisational skills.
