Recruitment Consultants x 2 - Business Support - Temp and Perm
Basic c. £35-45k
Benefits include social events, annual company trip, 25 days holiday, Attractive commission
Hybrid Working: 3 days a week in the office, 2 WFH
Based London West End

The Person
- Perm OR Temp 360 recruitment experience required preferably in Business Support but open to cross training from similar markets
- Confident and able to build a portfolio of client relationships including in person
- Ability to source and network to create a portfolio of candidates for the business
- Passionate about recruitment with a focused mindset and drive to be successful
- Values led and able to work collaboratively and enjoy being part of a team

- Working with high calibre candidates across Business Support roles at all levels
- Clients range from small boutiques to large corporates across Commerce & Industry, Professional Services, Financial Services
- Typically, their consultants are billing £200k to £250k per year plus

The Role
- Hugely exciting opportunity for two experienced 360 perm and temp recruitment consultants to join their West end teams.
- You will be building your own desk and managing the end to end recruitment process, placing all levels of business support candidates
- Working with established consultants you will be provided with a warm desk offering lapsed clients and provided with live roles where possible
- BD will be a key part of your role – this can be done through many routes and you will be supported with strategies and ideas
- Clients are all based in the Westend and across a variety of market sectors
- Strong resourcing and relationship building skills will help you develop an ongoing candidate pipeline
- You will have the opportunity to work closely with and shadow colleagues to help grow out your markets
- You should enjoy having the autonomy to plan and run your desk, with minimal kpi’s
