The Person:

Our client is looking for ambitious and professional 360-recruitment consultants with experience in Temp or Perm recruitment who thrive in a consultative, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A proven track record in recruitment, ideally in Marketing & Communications or related sectors.
• Strong sales skills and a consistent record of hitting targets.
• A professional, confident, and consultative approach to client and candidate interactions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
• A self-motivated, ambitious mindset with a drive to succeed in recruitment.

The Role:

As part of the successful Marketing & Communications recruitment team, you’ll have opportunities in both Temp and Perm markets, specialising in sectors such as FMCG, Ecommerce, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working as a 360-recruitment consultant, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates in Marketing & Communications.
• Recruiting for roles with salaries up to £120k.
• Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods and managing the placement process.
• Collaborating with your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve shared success.
• You’ll receive all the tools, training, and support needed to thrive in this fast-paced, high-performing environment.
