Recruitment Consultant – Perm Luxury Hospitality US & UK

Basic c. £30k

OTE £75k+

Benefits include remote working and excellent commission up to 20% plus additional bonuses

Based Remotely

The Person:

  • Would suit an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant ideally from hospitality or office support or someone willing to cross train from other sectors.
  • You will need to be a self-motivated, self-starter due to remote working.
  • Able to engage quickly to manage & prioritise multiple roles/relationships.
  • Enjoy working in a 360 role, having developed a desk and happy to complete BD.
  • Working with high profile clients so working in a consultative and professional manner is crucial.
  • Would suit someone focused on quality who enjoys building long term relationships.
  • Must enjoy working in a collaborative, team environment and have strong communications skills.

The Role:

  • Working in a successful team of 4 Perm Consultants, supported by a fabulous hands-on Manager.
  • They are looking for 2 Consultants to join in their Luxury Hospitality team, one for UK & US market.
  • Placing with High Net Worth Individuals, Private Households & Estates or Private Family Offices.
  • Clients are international and they cover the US, Dubai, Singapore, and UK etc.
  • You will be working on roles from PA, EA, Chief of Staff, Estate or House Manager, Nanny, Chef, Housekeeper, Chauffeur, Butler etc.
  • A busy, lucrative market, each consultant is billing over £20k a month min with top consultants doing up to £50k.
  • A fabulous commission scheme, offers someone the chance to really enhance their basic salary.
  • They work remotely but every 4-6 weeks everyone attends their office up north, hotel, food and expenses are paid.
  • Hours UK - 9-5pm and US role – it’s 11am – 7pm.
