We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Coventry! If you have a proven track record in transport recruitment, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love building strong client relationships, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing as a Recruitment Consultant but not limited to:

1. Manage and grow a successful recruitment desk in the transport sector
2. Develop long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates
3. Work proactively to source and match top talent to client needs
4. Drive new business opportunities and develop key accounts
5. Visit clients on-site

What we are looking for from a Senior Recruitment Consultant:

1. Experience in recruitment, ideally within transport or industrial sectors
2. A driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated personality
3. Strong sales and business development skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Full UK driving licence
