JOB TITLE: Recruitment Consultant

LOCATION: Peterborough

SALARY: £25,000 - £27,000 (uncapped commission - OTE £40K+)

PACKAGE: Excellent commission structure, Hybrid working, Reduced hours in school holiday.

Due to expansion, our client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to look after and grow an existing area of education business.

THE ROLE

The successful Recruitment Consultant will be required to:

1. Develop, run and grow an existing, and very well developed, education business in a defined area.
2. Maintain the school and teacher relationship within this area.
3. Proactively call new schools to generate new business.
4. Build long lasting partnerships with schools and organisations.
5. Recruit and interview teachers and develop relationships.
6. Complete and maintain day-to-day bookings.
7. Canvas and place long term and permanent vacancies.
8. Negotiate on fees.
9. Undertake effective client visits.
10. Work from home two days a week.

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for an Education Recruitment Consultant with the following qualities and experience:

1. Proven recruitment experience or sales experience (telesales or field sales, business to business or business to consumer).
2. A superb relationship builder as well as a business developer.
3. Strong success of achieving targets.
4. Hands on approach and a forward thinker.
5. Used to high call volumes.
6. Ability to multitask.
7. Professional, driven and determined.
8. Driving licence essential.
