Your Role:

1. Managing a busy temporary staffing desk within the Social Care sector.
2. Speaking with clients daily/weekly to discuss their staffing needs.
3. Placing the right candidates into temporary roles efficiently.
4. Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
5. Ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding processes.

Who We're Looking For:

1. Experience in temp recruitment is ideal but not essential - we'll consider quick learners!
2. A confident communicator who can build relationships with clients and candidates.
3. Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Someone who enjoys working to targets and delivering excellent service.
