Senior Perm Recruitment Consultant - Qualified Finance & Accountancy into Consumer

Basic to £45k

OTE £90K+

• Boutique Recruitment Consultancy within the Qualified Finance and Accounting space

• Senior Perm Recruitment Consultant required to work with like-minded individuals across the Qualified Finance into the Consumer market.

• Would enjoy working in a consultative, collaborative environment with quality at the core.

The Person:

• Would suit an experienced Senior Perm Recruitment Consultant working in a 360-recruitment consultant role.

• Experience in recruiting Perm Qualified Finance professionals and senior finance roles is essential.

• Would suit someone who has worked predominantly in the C&I market, ideally Consumer.

• A track record of billing over £180k +

• Consultative approach with quality at the heart of your approach

• Highly self-motivated and ability to build long term relationships in recruitment.

• Excellent communication skills, ability to listen, values, led with a strong work ethic.

The Role:

• Working as part of a successful Perm Finance & Accounting team of 4

• Focusing on PermQualified and senior level Finance appointments

• Most roles are exclusive, and some retained.

• Taking over a very warm desk focusing within the Consumer market

• The desk previously billed over £200k +

• The ability to network and build long term relationships is key as part of your 360 role.

• Ability to proactively source candidates through a variety of methods

• Working in a collaborative environment as a team player

• Clear long term career progression
