Location: North London - N14 (Southgate)

Salary: £26,000 to £32,000 + uncapped commission (up to 25%) paid monthly + benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading and well-respected recruitment consultancy, already working with global clients across the Building Design, Engineering & Construction Sector.

We are currently looking for a talented consultant to assist on our Engineering & Construction desk. Cotleigh already has established clients within the Building Engineering, MEP, and BIM markets.

This is a great opportunity to expand the division further while being fully supported by the director and recruitment team to achieve this.

Requirements:

1. Experience with Building Engineering, Design & Construction recruitment ideal; however, we are open to training a proven permanent recruiter from other sectors.
2. Strong business development and client-facing skills.
3. Excellent account management and resourcing skills.
4. Team player, able to work with and support the existing team.

We work in a very nice listed courtyard building in Southgate, North London, in an open plan, friendly and professional environment with plenty of social events and team nights out. The office is easily accessible on the tube, as well as overground, and on-site parking is available.
