Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities

1. Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
2. Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
3. Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
5. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or similar role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
4. Knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
5. Passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
