Basic salaries: up to 40k DOE, top commission scheme.

Now recruiting all levels, from trainee (previous sales background) to Senior Consultant (any sector).

5q’s client is one of the leading Education Recruitment consultancies in the UK. A fully accredited Education Recruitment Company by the DfE, with expertise in the placement of Teachers and Teaching Assistants in Primary and Secondary Schools across the UK.

You will have a successful sales or recruitment background and be keen to cross-train into the Education Recruitment sector. They have had a remarkable track record of training staff - a very low turnover of staff with every consultant over 2 years experience earning at least £45k (in addition to at least 36 days holiday per annum including bank holidays).

Responsibilities:

1. New business calling
2. Meeting schools
3. Advertising positions
4. Interviewing candidates
5. Placing candidates against opportunities
6. Arranging interviews
7. Contract negotiation
8. Ongoing customer service with both the school and the teacher

All candidates and schools are met face to face, their safeguarding compliance record is outstanding, and their approach is based on honesty and quality.
