Based in Crosby, we are a family-owned and run education-focused recruitment consultancy.

Plus Education Recruitment Ltd is actively seeking an experienced Education Sales / Recruitment Consultant with at least 3 years of sector experience.

We already have contacts within several local schools; your role will be to expand our brand within the provision of classroom-based candidates.

This is a unique opportunity for the right person to come in on the “ground floor” and grow the business.

Initially, this will be a 360 role where you will manage the entire recruitment cycle, including client relationship management and candidate sourcing.

As the business grows, you will have the opportunity to determine the structure and direction of your team.

You will have a confident and polite telephone manner and be comfortable arranging and attending client/candidate-facing meetings and interviews.

Salary: £23K - £27K + commission (TBA)

Working Hours: 07.45 – 15:45 (during term time – reduced hours during school holidays)

Holidays: TBC plus statutory bank holidays
