Recruitment Consultant – Contract Desk

Central London: 4 days in the office/ 1 remote

£30k - £35k base + uncapped commission

1 year experience minimum

This high performing, international recruitment agency is looking for a driven and ambitious Contract Recruitment Consultant who has reached a ceiling in their current role and is seeking an opportunity to achieve more, earn more, learn more and guarantee the achievement of your key life goals and milestones through working for a business which puts employees at the heart of all they do, and pays market leading salaries and commission.

This business has multiple million pound billers and the position comes with an attractive balance of warm relationships and scope for cold business development to build out your own interim desk within the public sector data team.

The Role:

This team has hired a new manager who is, to be frank, a legend. He has well over 2 decades of experience yet has only recently been back billing himself to sharpen his skillset and ensure he is leading from the front, not from a spreadsheet.

The team focuses on data within the NHS covering DDAT, Business intel, Developers, Analysis, Integration and Data Migration. The desk has brilliant warm links and tonnes of scope for cold BD that this person can get their teeth stuck into.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An experienced recruiter with 12-18 months experience
  • Ideally in Interim NHS recruitment with a focus on Data
  • Also considered are interim recruiters in other public sector areas with a solid understanding of the interim recruitment process
  • Hungry for growth, this team is already doing well and has huge scope to do more
  • Exceptional at the full 360 cycle: strategic lead gen, outbound BD, mapping, negotiating, process management, candidate sourcing, detailed qualification, pace, relationship management, networking and proactive outreach.
  • Inquisitive and loves solving problems and connecting dots
  • Experienced with Bullhorn a bonus but not essential
  • Loves the phone and face to face meetings
  • Genuinely enjoys networking and connecting with people
  • ‘NOT’ an email recruiter
  • Has clear life goals and wants a business that is set up to help their team achieve those things through developing future proofed skills, a supportive work environment and very high earning potential.

Package:

  • £30-£35k starting base salary (experience depending)
  • Uncapped commission, top bracket 40%
  • Unlimited annual leave
