The role of the Recruitment Consultant – Construction Sales Recruitment will involve:

1. Business Development position with promoting our specialist recruitment services to the construction industry
2. Your main responsibility will be to canvass the construction market looking for new clients / vacancies
3. Once up and running, this is an opportunity to progress into a Business Development Manager / Consultant role
4. Taking detailed job specifications from clients
5. Daily searching of the construction industry to find new opportunities
6. Great internal support, being mentored, trained and managed by a senior team member
7. Upkeep of our CRM system
8. Joining a well-established, experienced and successful team who are considered market leaders

The ideal applicant will be a Recruitment Consultant – Construction Sales Recruitment with:

1. Must be based within commutable distance of Nantwich office
2. Must be driven, enthusiastic, competitive and with a sense of humour
3. Must be comfortable on the phone
4. Must be able to work at a fast pace
5. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Must be IT Literate (computer based role)
7. Ideally worked on a CRM system previously
8. Must be a team player
