Recruitment Consultant (Perms)
Know How Resourcing are specialist recruiters in the warehousing, production, manufacturing and commercial sectors and celebrated our 15th year of operation in 2024. We are looking to expand our business and take advantage of our reputation in Yorkshire by launching a permanent recruitment division in sectors that align with our current customer base, offering the full package - Temporary Recruitment, Permanent Recruitment and Training.
We're not a corporate monster; our business has a real family feel. Our Directors are still hands-on and within the operation. Sole supply at 98% of our customers backs up our claims of great service and relationship building.

You will be responsible for launching and developing a permanent recruitment desk in your chosen sector and, if desired, build your own team.
You will be a proven business winner and have a track record of generating profit and achieving targets. You will have experience from an engineering or commercial recruitment background; we are looking for someone with the drive and ambition to succeed.
Working from LS10 at our new, modern, self-contained office space with easy access from the city centre and motorways. Free parking and close to local amenities so breaks can be enjoyed.
Standard office hours 8am - 5pm with a 1-hour lunch.
