Key Responsibilities:

1. Specialize in recruiting top talent for the white-collar manufacturing and engineering sectors
2. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates
3. Provide an exceptional, tailored recruitment service that goes above and beyond
4. Source candidates through multiple channels, including databases, referrals, job boards, social media, and networking
5. Maintain up-to-date records in the internal CRM system
6. Identify and capitalize on repeat business opportunities
7. Collaborate effectively with the team and share industry insights
8. Ensure a smooth, transparent recruitment process for both clients and candidates

Key Skills & Experience:

1. At least 12 months of recruitment experience, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or similar sectors
2. Strong focus on business development and relationship-building
3. Proven ability to consistently exceed targets and KPIs
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
5. Experience sourcing candidates from diverse channels and maintaining an organized database
6. A natural team player with a positive, can-do attitude
7. Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
