Commission: OTE 25K-100k (first year) above salary earnings (uncapped)

With an exciting start to our year, we are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company.

Responsibilities

1. Build and nurture new and existing client relationships through proactive lead generation.
2. Take full ownership of your desk, focusing on developing specific markets within one of many sectors PWMG operates in.
3. Manage and oversee your business pipeline using our advanced CRM systems.
4. Showcase our value proposition through strategic research and personalized preparation.
5. Source top talent via leading UK job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and by headhunting passive candidates.
6. Cultivate strong relationships with job seekers, offering expert advice and guidance.
7. Oversee the interview and offer process, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and clients.
8. Conduct negotiations on client and candidate terms, maximizing revenue opportunities.
9. Represent the company at international conventions, client meetings, and industry events, ensuring effective communication and relationship building with global stakeholders.
10. You may be requested to attend events/meetings abroad, so the ability to travel is essential.

Skills & Experience

1. Motivated and driven to prove yourself as a key player in recruitment and provide the best service for candidates and clients.
2. Exceptional sales skills and communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Highly adaptable, tenacious, and self-motivated.
4. Driving license.
5. Natural sales abilities paired with strong negotiation skills.
6. Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines effectively.
7. A strong sense of business acumen and eagerness to learn.
