Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain? If you're looking for a role that offers flexibility, career growth, and the chance to work with an established Recruitment Business.

Location: Trafford Park Easily commutable from areas like Altrincham, Sale, Stretford, Eccles, Salford, Urmston, Warrington, Stockport, and South Manchester.

Hybrid Working: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home for two days a week from day one!

Salary: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Managing the recruitment process from start to finish for roles in Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
2. Building and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates in the sector.
3. Sourcing top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting.
4. Growing your desk and developing long-term business relationships with clients.
5. Working closely with a supportive team that helps each other succeed.
