This role is perfect for an experienced recruiter looking to move to a mature, trusted environment where you will be heavily rewarded. You will be equipped with all the tools necessary to excel and be rewarded with high earnings potential.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and be comfortable building strong relationships with clients and candidates, whether in person or virtually.
You must have experience in a recruitment agency 360 role, ideally a support role, like HR, Finance, Commercial or Legal, but other sectors will be considered.

For high performers, earning £20,000 by meeting targets is achievable, and for top billers, the potential to earn over £50,000 in commission per year is well within reach with many employees earning 6 figures annually.
