Overview:

As we look to continue to grow and progress, we are now looking for ambitious, eager and tenacious commercially focused individuals keen to develop a career within the recruitment sector. With ongoing training and development and plenty of support, this is a great opportunity for someone with existing recruitment or someone with a B2B sales background looking to establish themselves within the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. With the help and support of colleagues, work on a broad range of job vacancies in the industry using various methods to identify, interview and place candidates with client organisations.
  2. Target prospective clients and carry out focused sales activities to make them aware of our services and secure the opportunity to work on available vacancies.
  3. Backed up by advertised campaigns, search and select the best candidates to fill vacancies.
  4. Use relationship building skills to develop relationships with existing and new clients to help ensure that you are their first port of call for new work instructions.
  5. Meet with both clients and candidates to better understand their ambitions and challenges and to be able to sell one to the other.
  6. Work to consistent levels of output to generate regular fee income.
  7. Participate in regular team challenges and incentives.
  8. Collaborate with other colleagues to promote a joined-up team working environment and ethic.
Person Specification:

  1. Previous experience in some form of sales environment. This may have been recruitment but could also be other forms of business to business selling. This role could also suit someone who has recently graduated and is looking to find their career pathway.
  2. Comfortable and confident in talking to clients and candidates on the phone and face to face.
  3. You will be competitive, tenacious and outgoing and ready to take on board focused but engaging training & development.
  4. Excellent communication skills and comfortable working with online systems.
  5. Driven by a will to succeed and earn money.
  6. Able to work independently when necessary and comfortable in a hybrid role with some office and some home working.
