We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who thrives on high performance, delivers exceptional service, and is ready to go all-in to build something they truly benefit from.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Sourcing and placing top talent across any industry sector you're experienced in.
2. High-volume cold calling and outreach - you're not afraid to pick up the phone.
3. Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
4. Keeping candidates updated throughout every stage - communication is everything.
5. Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement.
6. Demonstrating excellent attention to detail and active listening skills to match the right people with the right roles.
7. Representing Cheriva at charity fundraisers and events - we proudly support Macmillan Cancer Support.

You'll Need

1. 3+ years of proven recruitment experience (any sector).
2. A commission-only mindset with the drive to earn big.
3. Confidence and resilience in cold calling and generating leads.
4. Strong work ethic, independence, and self-motivation - this role is fully remote.
5. A passion for people and commitment to delivering an outstanding service.
6. Willingness to give back - community and charity are part of who we are.
