You will get the opportunity to work with a list of key clients working across the Construction, Engineering, and Property sectors supplying staff on a contract or permanent basis. You will be able to specialise in a specific sector and not be a generalist recruiter.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant
  1. Resourcing and regenerating – via the database, job boards, networking, referrals, headhunting, and social media.
  2. Provide expert, specialist advice to candidates.
  3. Identifying and developing client/business relationships.
  4. Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
  5. Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them.
Desired Skills of a Recruitment Consultant
  1. Previous recruitment experience preferably in the Construction, Engineering, or Property sectors.
  2. A proven track record in recruitment.
  3. Account and client management experience.
