Job description

In this vibrant role you will be working as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in placing Qualified Social Workers as part of a busy team. You will be building a network of clients and candidates, developing relationships through calls, emails and visits. In this role as a Recruitment Consultant you will format CV’s and negotiate pay rates as part of this fast growing company. This is a sales based role and we need to see an excellent background within business development.

What We’re Looking For

A Recruitment Consultant is someone who is self-motivated with a good attitude towards work and has a drive to achieve goals both individually and for the company. You will need to be IT competent - Outlook, Excel, Word etc. The role requires attention to detail, organisation skills, problem solving and excellent communication skills. For this role you will need to demonstrate excellent sales experience, be hungry to work towards financially rewarding targets and take control of your own goals and achievements.
