We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team! As the primary link between clients and candidates, you will ensure successful recruitment service delivery. Key Responsibilities for Recruitment Consultant (not limited to):
  1. Achieve sales targets aligned with company expectations.
  2. Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from sourcing candidates to client management.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the branch.
  4. Support the Business Manager in implementing strategies to expand our presence.
  5. Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

What we're looking for in our Recruitment Consultants:
  1. Ideally, you will have previous experience in the driving recruitment sector. However, we are open to candidates with recruitment experience in other sectors who are eager to transition into driving recruitment.
  2. Proven experience in sales, ideally recruitment.
  3. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  7. Full UK drivers licence and access to vehicle for client visits.
