TARCG is a specialist Aviation recruitment consultancy, working with clients across the world, within Engineering and Support roles, across MROs, Manufactures, Airlines, Operators, OEMs, Airports, Rotary, Logistics, VIP & Business, Military & Defence Companies & Regulatory Authorities.

Job description

The core mission of the TARCG Recruitment Consultant is a 270/360 recruitment delivery and sales role focusing on sourcing qualified candidates and managing the recruitment process for our permanent positions within the specialty of the international aviation and aerospace industry. Delivery, detail orientated, strong people skills, teamwork, and organisation are key to the success of this role.

Experience in Aviation is not essential. Recruitment experience would be desirable and a willingness to learn and embrace TARCG values and expectations. Full training will be given.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and our database
• Exceptional customer service
• Business Development
• Arranging interviews with clients and candidates
• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Formatting resumes onto TARCG templates
• Gathering compliance documentation
• Drafting candidate and client schedules
• Managing contractor & client queries
• Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with candidate enquiries
• Submitting candidates for review to TARCG line managers
• Be an ambassador of the company
• Travel when required

• Professional communication skills both on the phone and email
• Good organisation skills
• Manage your own time effectively
• Attention to detail
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• A methodical and organised approach to working
• Flexibility within the role
