Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: you will create new business opportunities by conducting effective sales calls and utilizing sales techniques to attract new clients.
2. Sales Negotiating: you will lead in the negotiations from start to finish.
3. Client Meetings: you'll have the opportunity to meet with clients, understand their hiring needs, and build lasting partnerships.
4. Offer Management: help manage the offer process, ensuring a win-win situation for both clients and candidates.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven recruitment experience, ideally within the industrial or related sector.
