The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant within our Construction Division, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent while building strong relationships with candidates and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Sourcing & attracting candidates through job boards, social media, marketing campaigns, and other recruitment tools.
2. Screening and interviewing candidates via video calls and face-to-face meetings.
3. Preparing CVs and candidate profiles, conducting reference and right-to-work checks.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience.

Who We're Looking For:

For Experienced Recruiters:

1. Proven experience in temporary or permanent recruitment.
2. Strong proficiency in LinkedIn, CV search databases, and Boolean search techniques.
3. Hands-on experience with interviewing, reference checks, and selection processes.
4. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills.

For Trainee Recruiters:

1. A strong work ethic, ambition, and eagerness to learn.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Confidence in building relationships and working in a target-driven environment.
4. An interest in sales, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
