Frontline Recruitment is looking for EXPERIENCED Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Chesterfield. Our ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, a professional image, and can be a team player.
We're looking for a results-driven, self-motivated, and dedicated person with resilience and dedication to succeed. We are flexible with hybrid working as it will be your desk to manage, allowing a mixture of time between the office, client visits, and home. It is important to us that the job fits around you and your work-life balance, which may be due to childcare or other commitments.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct phone calls to prospective clients and candidates.
  2. Gain client and candidate traction.
  3. Business development.
  4. Follow up with candidates to see if they are interested in the position.
  5. Coordinate with hiring managers to fill open positions.
  6. Maintain a high level of client engagement and generate new business.
  7. Communicate with candidates regularly via phone or email.
Experience:
  1. 1-3 years of recruiting experience preferred but not required.
  2. Previous experience in sales or business development.
  3. Sector experience can be dependent on you; we have a strong footing in Industrial Logistics, engineering, and commercial, but if you have worked previously in another sector, we are very open to discussion.
